I found operators through ten Google Maps searches for tours in Rome on 15 September 2026, kept businesses with an address in the city (or, when no address is public, the city in their name) and at least ten reviews in the last 90 days, then read the 100 most recent public reviews of each and their owner replies. Replies posted somewhere other than Google, or from a second profile I did not see, will not appear here.
