GuideReply drafts suggested replies to your guest reviews. You always review and approve every reply; GuideReply never publishes on your behalf without your explicit action. You are responsible for the replies you choose to publish.
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must have the right to manage the review accounts you connect.
Use GuideReply only for its intended purpose and in line with the terms of the review platforms you connect (Google, GetYourGuide, Viator, TripAdvisor). Do not use it to publish misleading, unlawful, or abusive content.
Suggested replies are generated by an AI model and may contain errors. They are drafts for your review, not final statements from us. You decide what to publish.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here.
GuideReply is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from replies you choose to publish.
